  • I forgot my username. How do I retrieve it?
    • Your username is your email address; you can also contact Oasis to retrieve your username. To do so, click on the contact us on the header of the portal.
  • I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
    • If you have your Username but forgot your Password, click on “Forgot Password” on the Portal Log-in page. You are then required to select how you want to reset your password. Choose from the options provided to reset the password and a reset password link will then be emailed to your registered email address.
  • How do I change my password?
    • You can change your Password by updating your profile once logged in.
    • Click on your profile drop down, and select password.
    • Provide the new password and submit.
  • My email address has changed, how do I change it?
    • You must contact Oasis to change your email. To do so, click on the contact us on the header of the portal.
    • Fill in the blank fields and submit.
